• Twitch: Your Twitch user ID, username, display name, profile image, and authentication tokens
• Google: Your Google user ID, email address, and authentication tokens for calendar access
• YouTube: Your YouTube channel ID and authentication tokens for broadcast management
• Microsoft: Your Outlook user ID and authentication tokens for calendar access
• CalDAV: Your CalDAV server URL, username, and password (encrypted)

Calendar Data

• Calendar event titles, descriptions, dates, times, and locations
• Event color codes and categories used for routing
• Sync mappings between calendar events and platform segments/broadcasts

Usage Information

• Subscription status and sync preferences
• Manual sync usage counts and timestamps
• Error logs and diagnostic information (for troubleshooting)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service: Sync your calendar events to Twitch and YouTube platforms
• To authenticate: Connect with your streaming and calendar accounts
• To manage subscriptions: Track premium features and usage limits
• To troubleshoot: Diagnose and fix sync issues
• To improve: Analyze usage patterns to enhance our service

3. Data Storage and Security

• All authentication tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption
• CalDAV passwords are encrypted before storage
• Database connections use SSL/TLS encryption
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Data is stored on secure servers with regular backups

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• Twitch: We send schedule data to create/update segments on your Twitch channel
• YouTube: We send schedule data to create/update broadcasts on your YouTube channel
• Google/Microsoft: We access your calendar data only to read events
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with other third parties
• We do not use tracking cookies or analytics services

5. Your Rights

• Access: You can request a copy of your data
• Correction: You can update your account information
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data

• Deleted accounts are removed from our database within 30 days
• Calendar event data is retained only for active sync mappings
